Mr. Anthony Chang is the Chair of ECCK's HR & Compliance Forum, and a senior foreign attorney in the Labor and Employment Practice Group at Shin & Kim. He has a wide range of experience in HR matters both as in-house and as outside counsel. Anthony was the head of the Korea law department for a multi-national corporation (Fortune 100) as well as a member of the senior management team for the Korean affiliate.
His work experience both in-house, with a strong business perspective, and with law firms in Korea and the U.S. helps bridge the gap in helping to find practical solutions to complex and uncertain HR and corporate issues.
Mr. Jungwoo Lee is a partner at Yulchon LLC who practices primarily in the areas Labor & Employment, Compliance and Risk Management. His practice area focuses on advisory services including labor relations strategy, personnel management, regulatory compliance (including internal investigations) and litigation services pertaining to employment-related and compliance matters.
In particular, Mr. Lee’s experiences of living in U.K. for 4 years and in Japan for 3 years, being seconded to a Japanese law firm and obtaining a U.S. CPA license has facilitated his deep understanding of differences in corporate cultures in different countries, which has allowed him to be an effective leading counselor to various multinational corporate clients.
Mr. Lee has been recognized as a Korea Super 30 Lawyer in Asian Legal Business and as a Stand-Out Lawyer in Thompson Reuters.
Mr. Lee also serves as a member of the Legal advisory group for overseas expansion of small and medium enterprises (established by the Ministry of Justice) and an advisor for National Assembly Secretariat pertaining to labor law and industrial safety and health law.
