Sharon So is currently the Corporate Affairs & Engagement Director and the Sustainability Leader for L’Oréal Korea, leading external communications, corporate brand reputation, employee communication, and sustainability initiatives. She is leading and managing several social impact programs for diversity and women empowerment at L’Oréal, like For Women in Science Awards, and is also overseeing the implementation of “L’Oréal for the Future” program in Korea. She joined L’Oréal in 2021, and prior to joining L’Oréal, she was at Baker Hughes, leading strategic external and internal communications in Asia-Pacific, and at GE, leading the Olympic marketing communications campaign.

SangJae KIM is currently the HR Business Partner of 3 Divisions (CPD, LDB and PPD), helping alignment on organization’s human resources with its overall business strategy. Also, as the Co-Lead of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) for L’Oréal Korea, leading the role of training and conducting various activities to develop the organization cultures to promote the DE&I of the organization. He joined L’Oréal in 2022, and prior to joining L’Oréal, he was at Daimler Truck, adidas and Siemens etc., working in various HR function, including HR lead position as an HR professional.

Su Jin is a Talent Acquisition Manager, leading the entire talent acquisition activities to bring the most and best talents aligned with L’Oreal’s values and culture. Her role includes promoting our employer brand and overseeing the recruitment strategies specially targeted at young professionals and graduates under L’Oreal For Youth initiatives. She is also working with Sang Jae as a co-lead of DEI for L’Oreal Korea to create a culture where all employees feel valued and respected. Before she joined L’Oreal in 2022, she started her career as a sales in a IT company then expanded her role to HR at Boston Scientific in various HR function for over 10 years
