Peter S. Lee
Foreign Attorney at Jin & Kim, PLCMr. Lee has been registered as a member of the Washington D.C. Bar Association since passing the Washington D.C. bar exam in 2021. He has been working as a foreign attorney at Jin & Kim since 2021. Also, he is a registered member of the European Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ECCK) and an advisor to the Busan Anglo-American Law Study Association (BALSA). He studied at Grace College in Indiana, U.S.A. as an exchange student for a year (focusing on U.S. Law) in 2016 and obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Korean Law and U.S./International Law from Handong Global University in Pohang, Korea in 2017. In 2020, he earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from Handong International Law School in Pohang and his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Regent University School of Law located in Virginia, U.S.A. He worked as a legal intern at several law firms such as in 2018, ADF India in Delhi, India, ADF International in Washington D.C., and Just Law International in Virginia, and in 2019, MK in Seoul. His practice focuses primarily on commercial and maritime law, corporate law, international arbitration, matters relating to foreign clients residing in Korea or overseas clients, etc. He is fluent in both English and Korean.
