The Family Friendly Future Forum (FFFF) is a collaborative platform uniting key stakeholders to address Korea's demographic challenges. By raising awareness, sharing best practices, and promoting family-friendly policies, FFFF aims to foster supportive and inclusive workplaces that benefit both employees and businesses.

Joining the forum at its official launch on November 26, 2024, offers opportunities to connect with other companies committed to advancing diversity, inclusion, and enhancing employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.

As the organizing body, the European Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ECCK) is committed to promoting sustainable business practices and supporting initiatives that help address Korea's socio-economic challenges, such as an aging society and low birth rates. Through FFFF, we aim to create a platform for dialogue that fosters and expands family-oriented corporate cultures among international companies, while providing valuable networking opportunities.
